Scopes of Services

  • Annual required notices

Conduct open enrollment meetings

 

Annual Budgeting, Renewal Management and Negotiation, Actuarial Analysis

Review, negotiate and finalize vendor rates

Prepare suggested contribution/cost sharing

Risk identification and targeted condition management programs using

Model employee contribution scenarios.

Stop loss/reinsurance feasibility for self-insured plans

Plan change impact analysis, including enrollment and demographic shifts
